We stand out because:

In a family-like daycare setting, your child has unlimited learning opportunities and individual experiences of success.

Our experienced and competent teams offer warm, supportive, clear, and structured guidance, creating the conditions for joyful learning and fun in a safe environment. Our teachers focus on the well-being of each child, providing a foundation for children’s dreams.

Our educational approach is based on the principles of Maria Montessori, Fabian Grolimund, Remo Largo, and the learning objectives of Curriculum 21.

We are state-approved and students are prepared to transition successfully into various school systems.

We teach bilingually in German and English, with an emphasis on High German.

Testimonials

What students and parents say

I like that I can do my own projects and make my own decisions.

Julia, Oskar und Avalon

The teachers are nice and the inputs are interesting. The teachers are patient and help you when it’s too difficult, and give you challenges when it’s too easy.

We are thrilled. And so is our child. A friendly, lovingly furnished environment with an educational and varied program!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the options for enrollment?

Ideally, enrollment should take place at the start of a new school year or semester. We recommend enrolling as early as possible, at the latest in the 4th grade. Please inquire early to find out if there are any places available.

What are the options for continuing education?

In principle, it is possible to transfer to other school systems at the end of a school year. We want as much consistency as possible for the children and to avoid unnecessary changes. We recommend transferring to the next level within Kinder Campus.

After the end of primary school, our goal is for every child to find a follow-up solution that suits them. This can be a Gymnasium, Sek A or B, public or private. We begin preparing for the transition to secondary school in the middle of 5th grade, working together with the child, parents, and teachers. We have high success rates and satisfaction with the paths we have chosen.

What is the class size?

In kindergarten, the social group consists of a maximum of 24 children. There is at least one trained caregiver for every 6 to 8 children.

At the school level, German and mathematics lessons take place in small groups. A social class group consists of between 18 and a maximum of 24 children, with three specialists present, comprising two teachers and one support person.

What are the attendance requirements?

  • Pre-kindergarten: at least three mornings
  • Kindergarten 1: at least five mornings or four mornings and one afternoon
  • Kindergarten 2: at least five mornings and two afternoons or four mornings and three afternoons
  • Lower school: at least five mornings and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
  • Middle school: at least five mornings and Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons
Is there homework?

There is no homework up to and including 3rd grade. There may be occasional training exercises for reading, spelling, addition up to 20, and multiplication tables. From 4th grade onwards, vocabulary learning at home and individual training exercises are added.

Are there grades?
As long as the children are at Kinder Campus, there are no grades. There are tests with transparent feedback and twice a year a report on the learning status with a benchmark. When the children leave Kinder Campus, they receive the same report card as those used in public elementary school to facilitate communication with outside institutions.
